Ingredients & Method
- 2 tbsp KNORR HAO CHI ALL IN ONE SEASONING
- 1 pc White onion thinly sliced
- 550g Beef ribs (pre blanched for 5mins)
- 2 litre Water
- 45g Fresh Ginseng
- 6pcs Red dates
- 1cup Thinly sliced leek
- Add in water with Knorr Hao Chi All in One Seasoning
- Combine all remaining ingredients together in a pot, bring to a boil and simmer for 25mins.
- Scoop out the oil before serving with the leek.
