KOREAN GINSENG BEEF RIB SOUP

Warm your tum with our rendition of Korean ginseng soup with beef ribs!

Ingredients & Method

  • 2 tbsp KNORR HAO CHI ALL IN ONE SEASONING
  • 1 pc White onion thinly sliced
  • 550g Beef ribs (pre blanched for 5mins)
  • 2 litre Water
  • 45g Fresh Ginseng
  • 6pcs Red dates
  • Garnish:
  • 1cup Thinly sliced leek
  • Add in water with Knorr Hao Chi All in One Seasoning
  • Combine all remaining ingredients together in a pot, bring to a boil and simmer for 25mins.
  • Scoop out the oil before serving with the leek.
