Asparagus Pork Roll

This recipe brings greens, meat together. Serve it with your favorite dip for a tasty snack!

Ingredients & Method

  • Mix paste together
  • 250 minced pork
  • 2 Tbsp fish paste
  • 3 Tbsp prawn paste
  • 2 Tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
  • ----------------------------------------------------------
  • Seasoning
  • 2 tsp Knorr hao chi all in one seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp Hua Diao Chinese Wine
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp light soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 3 tsp corn flour
  • 7-8 thick asparagus (peeled at root area)
  • Raw Almond flakes as needed
  • For mix paste: Mix evenly in a bowl
  • Scoop about 2tbsp of mixed paste and wrap around asparagus with dampen hands
  • Roll and coated almond flakes and pan fry over low-medium heat till golden brown.
  • Serve with your favourite dip.
