Prawn Fried Rice

Our fried rice recipe is a fuss-free one that combines the flavor of all its ingredients into one happy, hearty dish! You can even use leftover rice to whip up this next meal!

Ingredients & Method

  • 2tbsp planta
  • 3 whole eggs, beaten lightly
  • 300g cooked rice
  • 1tbsp haochi
  • 5tbsp chopped spring onions
  • 100g cooked prawns, peeled
  • 100g frozen mix vegetables/frozen peas
  • 1tbsp extra haochi

  • Garnish
  • Extra chopped spring onions
  • Mix rice with eggs to coat evenly.
  • In a pan, melt the planta.
  • Add the prawns to sauté for 1 min.
  • Add the frozen mix vegetables follow by adding the rice and egg mix.
  • Add the extra haochi for an extra kick and stir fry the mixture until egg is well coated.
